Maison de Nostradamus

The house used to be considerably more imposing, but the various owners of it reduced its size.Nowadays, there is no trace of the well and the tower. This is where Nostradamus  lived for 20 years, and wrote his works, the famous of which was " The Centuries."

It is now a Museum and serves as a veritable center of information and knowledge to help you discover the 16th century scientist whose image has been unfairly distorted by recent writings that often take no account of the intellectual and spiritual preoccupations that were specific to Renaissance.

2 minutes from his house passing his portrait painted, a stair path leads up to the Chateau de L'Emperi.
